An earlier post spoke to the shifting forces in the rental market as the start of the summer season approached.
With Memorial Day weekend starting tomorrow, the first wave of activity is at its peak and because everyone is serious about getting something put away, the deals are becoming easier to broker.
On balance, though, we are beginning to conclude that it was a landlord’s year, given the undiminished number of enquiries and website hits we are receiving, against a highly depleted inventory of rental properties.

Also, as a follow up to “…Establishes A New Low”, our friends over at a ‘higher form of realty” have seen the light (or, maybe, succumbed to the torrent of negative comment) and have surrendered the domain names at issue to those concerned.
